Cameron Bruett has led corporate affairs and sustainability at JBS® USA since 2012.

He started his career at JBS in 2008, managing government relations in Washington, D.C. Prior to JBS, Bruett served on the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture.

He is a past President of the Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef and a Board Member of the Tuskegee University Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. He is a graduate of Tuskegee University and recently earned his Executive MBA from Colorado State University.

About Tim

Time with JBS: 2.5 Years

Tim Schellpeper, a 35-year veteran of the protein industry, has led the JBS USA Fed Beef division since 2017.

Tim began his career with IBP in 1987 as a Telephone Sales Representative. In 1990, he joined Farmland Foods as a Fresh Pork Product Manager. Over the next 25 years, he held leadership positions in sales, marketing, operations and logistics. He left Smithfield in March 2015 after having served most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer of Smithfield-Farmland.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State University.

Bob Krebs has more than 30 years of experience in the pork business and has served as Head of JBS Pork Operations since 2013. He has served as President and COO of JBS USA Pork since 2019.

He began his career in 1989 and has held various management positions throughout the JBS USA Pork Division, including Quality Control, Product Management and General Management.

About Troy

Time with JBS: 11 Years

Troy Mulgrew has more than 35 years of industry experience and the last 10 years with JBS.

He started in the industry doing sanitation (PSSI) and cleaning the plant. This experience was a very humbling and valuable experience that has shaped him into the leader he is today.

In the 1980’s, his career path led him to accept his first role on the production floor as a team member on the production line for beef and pork. He continued to be promoted to various different roles, and eventually assuming the position of General Manager.

Once eventually assuming the role as Plant Manager for JBS pork locations Ottumwa, IA and Marshalltown, IA, Troy and his team led cultural and operational turnarounds that transformed both plants into top performers within the industry.
